Mr.Roshan L. Joseph, an Industry Practitioner/Consultant with 35 year of experience, addressed the 1st semester students of PML SD Business School about the Sales and Marketing tactics.
Mr. Joseph spoke with fervour based on his experience as the Executive Director, Board of Eveready Industries India Ltd. and similar senior positions across the industry. The students were not only enthusiastic but also inquisitive to know more about the nuances of the corporate world. The practitioner’s view provided an insight to the participants to gauge the competencies required for a management professional.
Ms.Chanchal Chauhan, Head of OD and Leadership Development at SopraSteria interacted with the 1st semester students of PML SD Business School, talking about the Role of Leadership in Shaping Organizational Culture.
Being a part of numerous strategic HR and talent management initiatives in her 17 year long career in the industry, she addressed the students about the real time issues in nurturing leaders and the approaches take by policy makers and senior managementto resolve them. The students got an exposure about how the personality of a leader impacts the organizational performance and effectiveness. The session was interactive with a lot of participation from the students.
The 1st semester students of PML SD Business School interacted with Mr.Sanjeev Bhalla, a Business Development Executive at Microsoft India on the Practical approach to Sales.
Having 20+ years of experience in the areas of Sales, Business Development and Program Management with cross-industrycustomers and government stakeholders; he shared with the students the tips and tricks of the sales arena. Sharing real time challenges in marketing, he prodded the students to dive into their think tanks and share their innovative solutions. For the students, it was learning with fun!
