Ms. Richa Sharma

Ms. Richa Sharma is a young and innovative academician who believes in creating and disseminating knowledge through her innovative and experiential ways. She holds a double master’s in management and commerce along with UGC-NET in Commerce. She is pursuing her Doctorate in the domain of ‘Corporate Social Responsibility ‘from University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh, and submitted her thesis. Also, she is an Associate Member of The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI). She possesses 12.5 years of rich academic experience working with leading B-Schools in the area of Finance and Accounting.

Her teaching subjects include Corporate Finance, Financial Derivatives, Management Accounting, Strategic Cost Management, and Legal Aspects of Business.

She has been granted a Patent (Republic of South Africa) in respect of an invention “Innovative Practices for Survival of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the COVID-19” on 28th September 2022. In addition, she has published 2 more Indian patents. She continuously participates in research publications, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.
