Dr. Madan Mohan Singh Aulakh is a BSc from Panjab University; MBA (HR &OR) from IGNOU and PhD in Business Process Reengineering from University Business School (UBS), Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has been VC nominee for Admissions to UBS for many years.
He strongly believes in nurturing people to attain a high level of competence and it is his endeavor to help them achieve that and beyond.
He has been a full-time HR practitioner, consultant, trainer, management teacher/coach/counselor & mentor – a natural relationship builder.
An Astute professional with over 30 years of rich experience in L&OD frameworks, Leadership, Talent Management, Competency Maps, TNI, Training Design, HRIS, Capability Building; People Processes; Personality Development, Behavioral trainings, Interviewing skills.
He has initiated, deployed global & regional projects in L&OD, e-learning; Culture building; Change Management; Talent Management Initiatives beside having to his credit of – Reengineering a facility of erstwhile Ranbaxy Labs.
He is a Certified practitioner of DISC; Managerial Grid; HRDQ Coaching and Feedback tools to name a few. He has worked with MNCs like Ranbaxy & Daiichi Sankyo where he was Head L&D manufacturing; Sun Pharma – Responsible for Talent Management & Development (Mapping of Talent and Skill) and Galactic Design Labs Pte Ltd – as Director HR and Strategy.
He has been associated with many Management B – Schools like UBS; Thapar Engineering; KIITs; DAV Management School; Amity University; AIMA and many others.
He has been invited to co-chair sessions at many conferences held at CII; PHD Chamber of Commerce; KIITs Odisha and VBFT – UP.
