A Ph.D., M.Phil., and UGC-NET qualified academician having more than 10 years of experience specialising in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Retail & Distribution, Marketing Management, Market Research and Leadership Development.She integrates analytical frameworks, case-based learning and experiential pedagogy to build strong decision-makers and industry-ready postgraduates.

She has authored 5 Scopus indexed books and various chapters.She has presented research at prestigious global platforms including IIT Bombay and the University of Oxford, reflecting her active scholarly engagement. In 2025, she was selected for the fully funded Nurturing Future Leadership Programme at IIM Bodh Gaya, where she represented private academia nationally — an achievement showcasing her leadership potential and professional credibility.

Beyond academics, Dr. Swati contributes significantly to institutional culture through, event coordination, community engagement initiatives,student mentorship and positive education. She also promotes experiential learning through live projects, competitions, workshops and corporate exposure activities.
