A seasoned academic leader and management educator with 19 years of rich experience spanning institutional governance, advanced research, and pedagogical innovation. Dr. Meenakshi Negi holds the degrees of Ph.D, M.Com (e-Commerce), MBA (Marketing), and has qualified UGC (NET-JRF). She has demonstrated administrative acumen in senior leadership roles, including serving as Officiating Principal and Head of the Post-Graduate Department of Commerce and Management.
An internationally credentialed Faculty Trainer under the prestigious Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) Program (Canada), Dr. Negi has contributed to advancing teaching and research acumen among higher education faculty by organising Faculty Development Workshops as Lead Trainer and Coordinator. As an approved doctoral supervisor, she actively fosters the next generation of scholars, with her research and teaching expertise cutting across Strategic Management, Consumer Behaviour, Corporate Law, and Research Methodology.With over 15 research publications in peer-reviewed journals, national and international conference proceedings, and edited book volumes, her research paradigm spans empirical inquiry at the intersection of corporate strategy, consumer psychology, and modern workplace dynamics.
